With a lifelong connection to the resinous flooring industry, Aaron began his career in Kansas City, working alongside his father and learning the trade from the ground up. Over the years, he has built a career focused on helping customers identify durable, high-performance flooring solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Prior to joining Advantage Coating, Aaron spent several years with Tennant Company, where he specialized in technical support and warranty services. That experience reinforced the value of deep product knowledge and strong customer relationships, principles he brings to every project today.

Now serving customers throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, Aaron is proud to offer hands-on expertise and a customer-first approach to every partnership.

Outside of work, Aaron is a devoted husband and father to two energetic boys who keep him busy with sports schedules and everyday adventures. When he’s not talking flooring, you’ll most likely find him coaching or cheering from the sidelines.
